1. Digital Products (eBooks & Downloads)

All digital products are non-refundable once they’ve been downloaded or accessed.
If you experience technical issues (e.g., file won’t open, download fails), please get in touch with us at info@hilariousbedtimestories.com. We’ll gladly assist you with a replacement link or file.

2. Physical Products (Printed Books)

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, books must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the book arrived damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days of receipt at [Insert Email].

You may choose a replacement copy (if available) or a full refund.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
